Step 1 :
After getting your Jio Sim, Any candidates have to call to Customer Care for Tele-verification. If you get the message that your mobile number is not ready for Tele-Verification then you have to wait for some times. When you got Tele-Verification Message then you can call customer Care for Tele-Verification.
Step 2 :
First Check that your phone is supported 4G VOLTE or Not. To getting the full details about the 4G VOLTE you have to open this link http://willmyphonework.net/. India only supported 800MHz, 1800MHz, 2300MHz.
Step 3 :
It can be possible that your Network Setting is not Working Properly, so Change Your Setting same as Setting – Mobile Network – Preferred Network Type – LTE. If you mobile is dual sim then change the order of the sim and use your sim only on First Slot.
Step 4 :
If your Smartphone is taking Signal but Internet is not working then Do Ping-On Test.
1. Dial : *#*#4636#*#USSD
2. Click on Phone Info Option
3. Click on Run Ping Test and On your Redio Option.
4. Now Restart Your Smartphone
Step 5 :
If after these all process your Jio Network is not coming then Select your Network Manually. Then Click on Setting – More Network – Mobile Network – WCDMA.
Step 6 :
Now Your Mobile Signal will appeared but you are enable to Using Internet or Calling then you have to follow more processors. Then Go to Setting – Mobile Network – Jio 4G – Cellular Networks. If your data is off then Click on Setting – Mobile Network – Network Operators – Search Network – Jio 4G. Now you will got Registered on Network.
After these all Steps now you are eligiable to use your Internet or Calling Free of Cost with Unlimited Free MyJio Welcome Offer.
